Near Net-Zero Air Emissions

When DataOne operates its own power infrastructure, we aim for near-net-zero or green power solutions. This is the main reason we operate as minor source in the USA even at hyperscale. We do not compromise on air quality.

Independent Power - No Community Impact 

Our infrastructures have no impact on local electricity availability or community utility bills, ensuring energy independence and grid protection. DataOne invests in renewing aging infrastructure and building new capacity which creates value for entire communities.

Water Efficiency, Closed-Loop System

DataOne operates on a closed-loop water system the same principle as a car radiator. In a typical year, we use the equivalent to seven Olympic swimming pools. Our water meets swimming-pool quality standards, or uses a safe PG25 coolant instead. In order to preserve the closed loop system, the water is filtered and treated beforehand. We store rainwater reserves during the wet season as a precaution.

Fully Compliant Acoustic Standards

DataOne complies with all local and state noise regulations, ensuring minimal acoustic impact on surrounding neighbourhoods and businesses. Once in operation the unique source of noise emission comes from our dry cooler fans. Sound mitigation efforts have been implemented.

We create hundreds of stable, well-paying jobs across all skill levels from cleaning and operational roles to senior engineering and leadership positions.

By offering sustainable jobs, we deliver a meaningful economic impact for the surrounding community, supporting local growth and long-term stability.

We contribute directly to public finances through millions in corporate and local tax payments, with no public funding. Our business is fully self-funded and supports local and regional budgets.

In addition, our customers generate millions in sales tax revenues, helping fund public services, infrastructure, and community development.

DataOne will develop vertical farms (non-hydroponic) using real soil and living microbiomes, in partnership with IGS. This approach eliminates chemical inputs and enables the production of high-quality, organic, non-GMO fruits, vegetables, and fresh foods. The farms operate in a closed-loop system, reusing water, CO₂, heat, and oxygen to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
